Alright end of week 2. This week I struggled a little more. My weight actually went up a few pounds at the beginning of the week and so I was just struggling to get back to last week's weight. I'm hoping it is because I started my full fledged work out routine so the whole muscle vs. fat thing. However, I did manage to lose all that weight again and am now back down to a "healthy" weight for my height! Granted - it's the very TOP of the healthy weight range but it is a start! I started my runnning which I have started at about 3 miles. I will probably do that next week too and then add a half mile. Then I do about 15-20 mins of ab work. Various stuff. I work out one day of the weekend two which is 45 mins - hour on the bike. I will have to do that on monday next week too because the school is closed. Hope you had a good week. Here's the stats:
