Week Three

So, this week has been tough. I missed a day of working out from the school being closed but I did fine with calories and such. I've been between 65 and 67 all week. It's a little frustrating. But on the other side for reasons I don't feel necessary to describe on the internet my weight may not be entirely accurate this week. I guess I'll just keep to my plan and hope it's better next week. Here are the stats:

Starting Weight: 172
Current Weight: 165
Weight Loss this week: 0
Total Weight Loss: 7 lbs

  1. Keep your focus, and don't get too stuck on the numbers. Especially when you are working out and start building muscle...the numbers can drive you crazy, trust me. Stay positive and keep in mind how your exercise/diet is making you feel. =)
