Hey everyone! So, I know I'm only on day 3 but I want to make a habit of posting on sundays so this first post is for a very short amount of time. Not much exercise this week other than walking around alot. I've been pretty good about staying in my calorie goal though. The mental part is the hardest part and I feel like this is shaping my self discipline as well as my health. I'm so used to eating what I want when I want that this is a lot harder than I would have thought. I feel hungry all the time even though I know I"m eating enough to be okay. From my experience with past diets this hunger goes away once you get used to the set amount of food you eat. Either way it's a mental game. I feel like 50% of my thoughts are "you don't need to eat that, you don't need to eat that" But this is the beginning so I'm hoping the mental part of it gets easier as I get used to the routine. However, the positive side is it is already working a little bit! I am going to post my weight every week, this will be what I weigh when I get up on sunday mornings (to stay consistent) Here's this weeks stats:
