I'm calling this week one because it's the first full week. I know i usually post on Sundays but I'm going to be busy all day tomorrow so I'm posting now. It seems to be going very well. I'm adjusting to the new amount of food pretty well. I'm starting to get bored with the same things but I'm trying to work on that. I am losing weight a lot faster than I thought I would. I'm not sure if that's good or bad. My guess is I will get to around 160 and stalemate - that's usually what happens. I did a little bit of exercising this week. Here's the break down:
Starting Weight: 172
Current Weight: 166
Weight loss this week - 4.5
Total weight loss- 6 lbs

this is great paula i have been having issues with lossing it too! but last summer ago i lost over 30 lbs. you just gotta keep going do 30 minutes at least a day eat right and you'll be good
