week ten

Hey all. I'm surprised that I still lost weight this week - i went out to dinner twice and to coldstone twice :) But I did manage to lose weight. I'm at beast at my workout now. I did 3.5 miles at 12mph without stopping or slowing down. I was impressed with myself. I'm probably at a point that I could up my workout again, but that would mean adding another 15 minutes to it and it's already long as it is and with classes and work I just don't have time to do that right now. But I will continue the one I've been doing. Here's the stats

Starting Weight: 172
Current Weight: 159
Weight Loss this week: 1 lb
Total Weight loss - 13 lbs
