So, I normally post on Sundays, but this is a special occasion. I have officially reached my goal of losing 15 pounds! This is very exciting. It took me just under 3 months which was much faster than I expected. But that's good because actually getting results motivated me more. Another sign is, that I need new dress pants SMALLER dress pants :) The ones I have now are too big and slipping off. The main goal now is to keep it off. I'm currently a healthy weight with my BMI at 23.9 (normal is 18.5 - 24.9)So, time to set a new goal! I am keeping this blog up all year since this was a new year's resolution and no need to stop when I'm already on a roll. New weight loss goal is 10 pounds! Ideally I would like to be 135 - 140 ish eventually. I am at a healthy weight but that is an ideal weight for my height. And to be vain - i want to look good in a swim suit again. I'm not sure how long it will take to get to that so I am taking it one step at a time. Step one lose 15 lbs. Check. Time to start step two :) My weight is currently where it was around sophomore year. My ideal weight will put me at my senior year of HS weight. I'm not going back further than that because I've also grown since high school, My weight MOST of HS was 120 but that would be underweight for me now. So here's these stats. Starting this sunday I'll have a new "starting" weight because I'm going for a new goal!
Starting Weight: 172
Current Weight 157 (This will be the new starting weight)
Weight Loss this Week: 2 lbs
Total Weight Loss - 15 lbs!!!
