week nine

I skipped last week because my scale was broken. I'm not positive how accurate my weight it this week. I got between 158 and 160 consistently so I'm just going to go with 160 for now. A combination of being sick and hormones makes it sort of unreliable right now. Either way the most I weighted is still my lightest yet which is good. I've not made much progress lately. I was doing bad with my eating so I've been trying to really watch that. I'm trying to wean myself off recording calories everyday, it's impractical if I want to make this part of my lifestyle. I have to change my routine a little bit too. I work MWF now, which was when I worked out so I have to do it on T, TH. It'll kind of suck cuz it takes time from homework and makes me get home later but, on well. Here's stats

Starting Weight: 172
Current Weight: 160
Weight Loss this week - 2 lbs
Total Weight loss - 12 lbs
