Hey all - I've been gone for awhile. Which means we've both been bad. Your supposed to yell at me for not staying on track and I should have stayed on track. lol. I've been sorta off the diet since a couple weeks before finals. It just got crazy hard to balance the madness of end of semester school with thinking about food and trying to get in a work out. So I've been trying to get back on track. I've been up and down a few weeks even getting back up to 160 for awhile. Yuk. As of this morning I"m not too far from where I stopped though so it's time to get it into gear again. I don't really have much of an opportunity to work out right now. I'm trying to just stay more active in general in light of this. This will be much easier when my pool gets opened. I think I may add little bits about my summer in here too. My last two summers were not so much fun for various reasons. I have a feeling this summer will be different. I'm not working myself into oblivion like last summer. I have tons of fun stuff planned. Starting with a bonfire this saturday and cedar point next thursday to kick summer off and the friday before i got back to school as a fantastic way to say farewell to summer I have 16th row tickets to the backstreet boys concert. Yea - i know I'm lame - but I still love them and have been wanting to see them live for 12 years - so this is like a dream come true for me - don't rain on my parade even if you don't like bsb. Any way here's where we stand with the weight loss:
Starting weight overall: 172
weight from before i left the diet: 155.5
Current weight: 156
Weight loss - +.5 lbs
Total weight loss: 16 lbs.
