I was very bad this week. I got called in to work on monday so I didn't work out that day like normal and never made it up. On top of that I broke my diet at least 3 days. I have discovered I do not have enough will power to keep cheddar chips in the house. They have to be eaten. They are no longer allowed in the house :( Farewell favorite snack. I started off this week awesome too. I got down to 163 finally. However, I gained a bunch back because I was dumb. Hopefully I can lose those few pounds again just as quick as I gained them? That's the problem with my body I gain weight so fast I really can't break the diet. I just missed food that I actually like. Unfortunately everything I like is bad for me. Here's the stats, they are sad
